Sense Weakness

The Black Circle can use their psionic powers to locate weak points in their enemies. Once this spell is successfully cast on an enemy, all vital shots made against that enemy by any Black Circle Initiate will do more damage.

Prerequisite(s): Bio Empathy.

Syntax: cast 'sense weakness' <mob>.
