Dutymaster

This thief controls all the thieves who work Solace in daylight hours. It is unusual for a halfling to rise so high in the thieves guild, but the dutymaster was an exceptional thief. Although slowed by age and fading eyesight, the dutymaster remains an important player in the guild, keeping the working thieves in order and teaching them the tricks of the trade.
