Sizzle

Sizzle is the benefit of specimen for nosun Rippers.

Whenever Nosun procs, the Ripper is given a 'Sizzle' buff of 5 DR for 2 ticks. This buff cannot stack, but will reapply when falls, the next time Nosun activates.
