If you are low on money, you can kill [[Village Watchman |village watchmen]] (who wander about the area around this [[Village Bowmaster |bowmaster]]) but many of their kits are below [[Object Level |level]] 51.  [[Drider Hunter |Drider hunters]] also have fletching kits, some even above [[Object Level |level]] 51, but [[:Category: Idolatry Of Lloth |their area]] can be a very dangerous (due to [[Aggressive Mobs |aggie]] [[Sniping Mobs |snipers]]).  You can also buy [[Splinter Arrows |splinter arrows]] from [[:Category: Hamlet Of Kreigstadt |Kreigstadt]]'s [[Village Bowmaster |bowmaster]] rather than [[Fletch |fletching]] them; he charges about 30k gold for 500 [[Splinter Arrows |splinter arrows]] (less when [[Haggle |haggling]]).
