The ironseers upstairs wield a weapon which disappears on death; the ironseers downstairs have a weapon which can be looted, the [[staff tipped with gobs of molten iron and slag]].

== Comments ==

Various interesting messages are shown when this mob dies, but none of them seem to have any effect on the area's behavior:

  The mesh of iron supports squeals and shimmies...
  
     ... but it shows no sign of breaking.


  A rumble escapes the furnace as more ore is poured in.

  Some stray bits of rock that missed their mark shower you from above.

  *CLANG!*  *PING!*  *CRASH!*
  A falling pickaxe plots a bumbling course through layers of scaffolding...

Tried skinning one of these ironseers and it did not skin to anything useful.

One sentinel version is upstairs: pp white raven, eenunw. Others seem to wander downstairs.
