Obtained after killing and skinning [[Leveler Adamas]], killing [[Artificer Coruscianus]] for his [[Crown of War]] and giving that crown to [[War]], then killing mobs in that room to get a [[Heart of Fire]] (warning: this is a very hard room to clear though you will be Auto-CR'd to the white raven if you die), then visiting  [[White Raven Alighting Unseen]]'s room, "Against sheer mesa cliffs" and dropping the [[Strip of Burnt, Tattooed Flesh]] followed by the [[Heart of Fire]].

Versus the [[Aura Of Elemental Power]], this item loses an accuracy bonus but gains a scattershot bonus.
