They must be sustained, and will end early if the caster is struck, moved, or enters a command. Spring rain provides a magical refeshing affect, granting mana and movement to all in the room. It also reduces all fire damage. This spell affects ally and foe alike, and sometimes lingers briefly after the Stormlord stops controlling it.
