To obtain the Turtle Shell Amulet start by teleporting to Conian:
- Go s4w2s and kill the egg-laying tortuga and get the unhatched egg.
- Go 2nwsd2e3n2ed and kill the tortuga matriarch (aggies along the way). Queen is biggish mob.
- After you kill the queen, skin corpse for Gold And Ivory Shell Fragment.
- Teleport to Conian and go one south to the wise tortuga (or go u2w3s2wun5e). Give the unhatched egg to the wise tortuga for hard fragment of tortuga shell.
- Go north to Conian and give either ticket item for the Turtle Shell Amulet.
