Phlebotomize

Syntax: cast 'phlebotomize' <target>

This spell directly attacks a target's life force. While
a target is near full health they are more resistant to
this form of assault but as their vigor drains they will
find themselves taking increasing amounts of damage
from this spell.

This spell does leeching damage.
