This spell lowers the victim's strength and damages them each tick. It spreads from one character in a room to others, having the same effect on them as the original victim.

Prerequisite(s): none.

Syntax: cast 'plague' <mob>.

This spell is rarely used, especially as it spreads so easily to both friend and foe alike.
