The clarifying Light of Tul-Sith clears blindness and some mental impediments. It may need to be cast multiple times to be fully effective. The clarifying affect can also raise alignment slightly.
Prerequisites: Absolve, Via Elimo.
Syntax: cast 'clarify' <character>.
