All archers have to keep one hand free to operate and reload their weapons. Fusiliers with the quick draw skill can use this empty hand to rapidly draw and throw a weapon from their belts (inventory) between shots.
Prerequisite(s): Precise Shot.
The description for this skill should say "draw and throw a Throwing Weapon from their belts". One of the most popular throwing weapons for Fusiliers is the Short Spear as it does pretty good damage and it usually returns.
