Cloud Giants can harness their elemental nature to unleash a lightning bolt upon an enemy. Typing 'racial bolt' with no target attacks a mob you are already in combat with. Bolt grows in power as a Cloud Giant becomes more experienced.
In addition to causing electric damage, the bolt may also temporarily stun the foe. The enemy might also find themselves blinded by the brilliance of the lightning bolt.
This racial is EXHAUSTED for a short time when used.
Syntax: racial bolt <target>
