Enervate

Syntax: cast 'enervate' <target>

This spell directly attacks a target's life force. While
a target is near full health they are more resistant to
this form of assault but as their vigor drains they will
find themselves taking increasing amounts of damage
from this spell.

This is a more potent version of the lesser "Phlebotomize"
spell and also benefits from the ties it has to the Great
Bond.

This spell causes leeching damage.
