The start of this quest can be found in the Mushroom Caves. Look for a sad goblin, and read his description. This quest entails reuniting a trio of toadstool monster slayers. The reward at the end of this ticket quest is a piece of a mushroom's mycelium.
SPOILERS:
- Go to the Goblin Pass, find the goblin disguised as a log. His description mentions a mushroom cap. Kill him, and loot the cap of a mushroom.
- Find the sad goblin in the Mushroom Caves and give the cap of a mushroom to him.
- Find the goblin trainee in Grunka's Kombat Skool, and give the cap of a mushroom to him.
- Find the hobgoblin guard in Ascension Woods and give the cap of a mushroom to him.
- Return to the goblin trainee in Grunka's Kombat Skool, and give the mushroom stem to him.
