This spell protects the target by altering their Armor Class. Shield provides 20 points of AC. This can be cast upon yourself or someone else if the spell is practiced.
Prerequisite(s): none.
Syntax: cast 'shield' <character>.
This spell is included in Foci. Its AC bonus may be modified by its caster's choice of worship.
