Portal terrified woman w, n, w to get to the Alien Hive, Track queen you will usually end up at the Red Queen. Kill it and track queen again to get to the mob you want kill it. You must skin the corpse. Note she flees and can have several aggie mobs with her who can be easy on their own but. Can be as many as 8 of them in the room with her and it can get painful. Also its fairly deep into the hive which is near enough all cursed so you die you could be in trouble for a CR.

Hero's can't see the second queen (the one you want to skin) so they can't track her but if you track pod, and kill them along the way, you will eventually get one or two rooms away. Look for the red glowing eyes.
