Syntax: cast troika <target1> <target2> <target3
Participants: 25
Troika is a major collective effort to send experienced Lords to their next state of being: the Legend.
Troika requires 25 casting participants and 3 different non-casting Lord targets, who must be over Lord sublevel 500. The order of the target names is irrelevant. Once completed, the participants will phase off of the Thorngate plane into Legendhood.
