Modifies armor class by -10 Modifies hit roll by 7 continuous. It improves archery damage. It improves archery accuracy. It improves chances of archery critical hits.

Once you hit hero 500 you can attempt the Ultimate Dragon quest. Ask an Imm to set it up for you.
