Teleport to Nenba to reach Bloodsong Island. Skin the corpses of the 4 bloodlusters for scraps of minotaur leather. You need one small scrap, one thin scrap, one thick scrap, and one big scrap. Then get the scrap of paper from Gorre The Slaughterkhan. Then give the paper to Nenba and she will make it for you.
