Overview
The beginning of this quest starts with a visit to Haruspex in Arx Nivea which is in Eragora. From Eragora's default recall (campfire), head south, east, north, 2 east, up (sen2eu) -- then find Haruspex to start the quest.
This seems to be a one time quest. It also seems you cannot do this quest if you are evil (or maybe have demonic intent practiced).
Reward
Completion of this quest grants a temporary insignia.

Modifies mana regeneration by + 7% continuous
Modifies armor class by -2 continuous
Modifies damage roll by 2 continuous
Modifies hit roll by 2 continuous
