Syntax: cast 'flow like water'

Through the use of Qi, a Monk's movements can become as fluid and reactive
as a flowing stream. While performing the Flow Like Water technique,
you will find it easier to dodge your enemies attacks or turn them aside
with your Crane Style.

This fluidity comes at a price though: your blows will not land as heavily
for the duration of this affect.

In addition to its mana cost, Flow Like Water also requires 5 Inner Qi
to cast. It is exhausted for a moderate amount of time upon use.
