Syntax: cast 'unholy bargain'
Prerequisites: demonic intent

In exchange for 1000 hit points and 1000 movement points, you can gain 1000 mana. Beware, however, overextending yourself by attempting the bargain too frequently; attracting Demonic attention can be deadly. Failure is severe.
This spell is EXHAUSTED for a short time when cast. If you fail to spend the new mana in a random ammount of time, there can be painful repurcusions.
