Blast Bolt is a more advanced version of Dart. It works exactly the same, except that the caster excites the item's kinetic energy while in motion, causing it to explode on impact. Those planning on casting Blast Bolt should keep all valuable items in containers, since this spell, like Dart, cannot use containers. There are no reimbursements for items that you lose with this spell... This spell is a prerequisite for Detonate since it is easier to excite the kinetic energy of moving objects than stationary ones.
