Fury Affects are special modifiers randomly bestowed by the Wildmind spell upon gaining experience from a worthwhile enemy in direct combat.

Possible Fury affects include:

  • Daring Fury: Gain a damage bonus and a reduction in mana costs of psionic attack spells as long as you do not have Sanctuary.
  • Destructive Fury: Detonating equipment partially recharges your Wildmind buffer.
  • Explosive Fury: Your surge costs are reduced, but your surge level is randomized.
  • Focused Fury: You have 0% chance to fail spell casting, even when scrambled, and are immune to stun.
  • Maniacal Fury: Adds additional damage roll boost based on number of existing Frenzy, Seethe and similar affects.
  • Psychotic Fury: Personally killing a worthwhile foe significantly recharges your Wildmind buffer.
  • Scathing Fury: Your damage roll bonus applies to your psionic attack spells.
  • Vengeful Fury: Gain mana each time an enemy casts a spell on you.

Comments

When Explosive Fury is active it will only trigger IF you are surging (surge power great than 1). Reduced surge costs is 'no surge cost'.

Scathing Fury damage bonus applies to lash and seethe. It's recommended that you maximize your damage roll while this affect is active.

Destructive Fury applies to any detonated equipment (i.e., self or opponent). Detonating a fury's equipment requires psychic gear acquired from crucible.
