Using your claws, you can tear a gory trophy from the fresh corpse of a worthy enemy, granting yourself a random boon.

Tear will rip off a random organ from the corpse, or perhaps rip off bad, slimy parts.

Tearing off a lung provides 7*Level in HP Buffer (357 for heroes)
Tearing off a heart provides 15*Level in HP Buffer (765 for heroes)
