Adventuring

To get Verdant Gloves gloves, you need to rack up kills in Overgrowth. Once you have 200+, you need to visit Constance in In the greenhouse (in the Lord Mudschool). She will give you the gloves after 200 kills and a cube after 400 kills. This cycle repeats so you can continue to rack on your kill counter on the same character.
