Identify (spell)
What does it do? It gives you information about the item, of course. Weight, what it is, and more can be seen with this spell.
Prerequisite(s): none.
Syntax: cast 'identify' <object>.
This spell is invaluable to characters of all classes. It provides very detailed information about objects, more than may be obtained using commands like examine. See Identifiers for some mobs who will identify items for you for a price.
