Rupture

Rupture does severe mental damage to the target. If your target is attacking YOU, you do extra damage but you take a penalty to your INT for a short period of time. If your target is non-intelligent, you do reduced damage.

Prerequisite(s): Ultrablast.

Syntax: cast 'rupture' <mob>.
