Bounty Flag

The Immortals of the Realm have the power to issue a bounty on the head of an inhabitant. Issuing a bounty immediately makes the bountied player an Outlaw of the Realm. Unlike a regular Outlaw, a bountied player can be killed by any other player with no repercussions. Bounties can be experience, gold or practices.
