You see before you a hideous sight. Like a horribly distorted mirror, Ugruk looks like a human who has been twisted and made evil. His face is covered by large, bulbous warts, and his tongue flicks in and out, licking his green skin. He eyes you greedily as you enter. Ugruk the great goblin is in perfect health.
