Emotive Drain

There's nothing like being cold as ice. Well, so says a mana-thirsty caster.

Emotive drain will sap ALL emotional affects from the victim, and these are converted into raw mental power for the caster.

Players targeted by emotive drain will be unable to frenzy or berserk for a period of time, while they rekindle their emotions.

Emotive drain is exhausted for a short time when cast.

Syntax: cast 'emotive drain' <victim>
