Scramble disrupts the higher mental functions of a target by scrambling their concentration. It causes no damage, and actually very little pain, but it renders its victims almost incapable of casting magical spells, and also has a negative affect on intelligence. NOTE: Scramble will not keep monsters from using innate physical abilities, such as fire breath or poison.

Prerequisite(s): Magic Lore, PsiSting.

Syntax: cast 'scramble' <mob>.
