This spell makes the weather either better or worse. It is often useful in combination with such spells as call lightning.
Prerequisite(s): Call Lightning.
Syntax: cast 'control weather' better.
Syntax: cast 'control weather' worse.
This skill is practically never used, though it is a prerequisite for Acid Rain, which is very useful to hero mages.
