Mindstrike

 Syntax: mindstrike <spell> <target>
 Prerequisites: assassinate, kahbyss insight
 
 Mindstrike is a devastating psionic assault, channeling the raw mental energy
 of the caster to overwhelm the mind of a single target. This ability requires
 the caster to be under the influence of Kahbyss' Insight, as only the piercing
 awareness of the Great Dragon can guide the strike to its mark. Mindstrike
 exemplifies the Black Circle's mastery of mental manipulation, delivering
 crippling damage to those whose minds are vulnerable to Kahbyss' influence.
 
 Black Circle Initiates are capable of combining their psionic and stealthy
 powers to launch an assassination attack and a psionic spell simultaneously.
 Valid spells include Ego Whip, Fear, and Overconfidence, Panic, Mindwipe,
 and Mindrend.
 
 When one Initiate strikes, others may join in unison, their combined focus
 amplifying the damage of each subsequent Mindstrike. The more who join, the
 greater the devastation wrought upon the target.
