 The Black Circle Initiates channel the piercing awareness of the Great Dragon
 Kahbyss, attuning their minds to the vulnerabilities of all enemies they
 encounter. With Kahbyss' Insight, the caster gains a heightened psionic
 perception, causing all mental-based spells they cast to deal increased damage
 to their enemies. Additionally, the caster must be under the influence of
 Kahbyss' Insight to unleash the devastating power of mindstrike. This spell
 embodies the Black Circle's mastery of mental manipulation and their unwavering
 loyalty to Kahbyss.
