Comments

Mobs along the way are aggie and detect invis/hidden. Make sure you are big enough to take them or have a good quickened calm spell you can cast. Then keep moving, you don't want any of these mobs to drain you before you get to the Spectre Guardian that holds the cross bow. Kill the Spectre Guardian and claim the bow crafted of willow bark. He will cast "unrest" on you which will prevent you from sleeping or resting for around 15 tics. If you surge 5 you may be able to kill him before he can cast it. Rinse and repeat until you have about one million cross bows for your enchanting pleasure. Map linked below is incorrect as the area was revamped in 2010.
