QUICKEN is a toggle command which, when turned on, decreases your spell lag. You will be able to cast more spells per round, but your mana cost will also increase in proportion to the speed at which you set quicken.
Prerequisite(s): Magic Lore.
Syntax: quicken on.
Syntax: quicken off.
Syntax: quicken <speed:1-9>.
