The guardian must realize that if you aren't an employee, and you aren't a customer, you must be an intruder!
You notice what resembles an Elite New Thalos Guard uniform under the robes. steadfast, very aggressive, and demonically aligned

From PP Leper: There are two that are N E from leper, and then one more 2n, and then one more n, in the same room as Warla, the mob with the Hand Crossbow.
The guardians can repop in other ways than described here, but they will always be in these three rooms.
