Final Rites

Syntax: cast 'final rites' <target>

Viziers perform this rite to bind their target to the Great Bond
in anticipation of its imminent demise.

If the target dies while under the influence of this spell,
a pool of their vitae will be left behind. This pool can be used
to fuel certain other vizier spells.

The strength of the pool will depend on the relative strength
of the target used to create it. If multiple Viziers are present
in the group then their is a chance of additional pools being
formed.
