Transmogrify
Recently relics from a bygone era have begun appearing throughout the planes. These mysterious cubes contain the power to infuse ingredients together to form new and wonderous creations.
In order to utilise their power, place a base item along with enchanting ingredients into a cube. (Typically five items total.) Base items used to transmogrify must be matched by wear location noted in the cube's description. (E.g. a ring base item must be used in a ring type cube.)
In addition to matching base item to cube type there several other innate restrictions. These can be viewed by casting the spell without argument (cast transmog).
Ingredient - a (sometimes vague) description of an ingredient Affect - the affect the ingredient will apply Wearable - the wear location (of the base item) this ingredient can be used on Level - the level of the base item this ingredient can be used on Limit - the maxmium number of this ingredient allowed per cube Value - the strength of the enchantment provided Base item - Specific base item if ingredient is limited to one.
Targetting a specific base item will filter the above list based on available enchants for that base item.
WARNINGS!
The base item inside the cube is DESTROYED during the transmog process. I.e. all existing enchants/modifications will be wiped out and a basic new item will be loaded and transmogged. If you wish to enchant a transmogrified item you should do so *AFTER* performing a transmog.
Manifest items are ill-suited to being transmogged as they essentially come pre-modified. Transmogging one would potentially result in a worse item even after transmogrification.
It is possible to transmog a cube with less than the maximum amount of ingredients though is of course not recommended.
