How to get:
1. Get a Head On A Stick from the Mountain Of Madness. Presumably some other lord level stick would work too.
2. Embed the following perfect gems into it: 1 diamond, 1 ruby, 1 emerald, 1 sapphire, 4 amethyst
3. Manifest the item: c manifest stick "crom's pointy stick"
Some speculate that the max damage on the manifested Crom's Pointy Stick is based on the max damage of the head on a stick used. For example, a pointy stick with max 102 will manifest a Crom's Stick with a max of 122, 104 gives you 124, etc.
