While fire giants are not made of fire itself, legend suggests that their blood burns. A heart wreathed in fire lends credence to those outlandish claims. The only question that remains is who to sacrifice this vile thing to?

After dropping a quest item (Strip of Burnt, Tattooed Flesh or Severed Head of a Giant) in White Raven Alighting Unseen's room, "Against sheer mesa cliffs", you can drop this heart to light the pyre and receive a quest item.
You drop a heart of fire. Flames sputter on the slab as the strip of flesh is consumed in the fire! However, the tattoos yet remain, glowing as ethereal sigils in the air.
Doing this starting with the strip of tattoos from Leveler Adamas leaves Leveler tattoos on the ground in the room.
