Syntax: racial sweep <target>
The user can summon a powerful current of water to push an enemy. The enemy may be knocked down and stunned for a short time, and may even be pushed into an adjacent room by the force of the current! This racial works only in water.
This racial is only available to users who ALIGN or have an innate connection to the element of water.
This racial is EXHAUSTED for a short time when used.
