Modifies mana by 150 continuous.

To get this gear you need to get a Lizard Man Challenge Token. This is a lvl 125 invis ticket that loads on the ground in Elven Foothills. To get it teleport to Nyad and go 2nuw2sedw.
Once you have the ticket go to Rietta's Wonders and find Bask. Give him the token, then kill him, and loot the gear. Note that the Silver Iguana is reboot only. Also this quest can only be completed once per incarnation, similar to the Ultimoose.
