Modifies mana by 150 continuous.

To get this gear you need to get a Lizard Man Challenge Token. This is a lvl 125 invis ticket that loads on the ground in Elven Foothills. To get it teleport to Nyad and go 2nuw2sedw.
Once you have the ticket go to Rietta's Wonders and find Bask. Give him the token, then kill him, and loot the gear.
In its current form, the room allows spellcasting but is noregen. You can only enter the room once per incarnation (but you can kill Bask more than once if you camp in the room).
In a former form, the quest could be attempted as often as you wanted, but the room was nospell and the gear was reboot only.
