Some Folded Schematics

Another guard of the light collapsed at my feet, near death, early this
morning. My atendants and I took the better part of the day to keep us
from losing him. Third time this week this happened, with no reports of
major violence in the city. Our only lead is a map I found in the poor
man's satchel. Alas, of the townguards I showed it to, most are of no
help, while a select few are plainly feigning ignorance. I can't tell if
they're involved in something criminal, or just spooked.
