Directions
When you first enter the Secret Shrine, go north close to the back of the shrine (it's small), find the west wall and go south one from the north wall. Have detect magic up and pull a lever to unlock the hidden DOWN exit. From there, walk around, you'll see what looks like an Onyx Golem. That's the Veldri Mage.
