• Stinking Sling (it skins from a tentacle mob)

Not Tentacles

• Mindflayer's Tentacle
• Baby Eyestalk
• Limp Eyestalk

Both Eyestalks had the response:

 The nameless alchemist says 'I don't think this is or ever was a tentacle. Not a naturally occuring ingredient, at least.'
