Syntax: cast 'intelligent weapon' (self only)
A master psion can go beyond consciousness and inspire true intelligence in their weapons. An intelligent weapon will keep watch for situations where the opponent is particularly vulnerable. When the time is right the weapon will exploit these weaknesses, causing terrible damage to the foe.
